Rasa is the founder of GEM Financial Group and GEM Benefits.

Over the past 30 years in the benefits and pension business, Rasa has listened intently to clients, prospects, and professionals in this evolving industry, and it has been a privilege to learn from them and help them flourish. With so many years in the industry, Rasa realized that the more you know – the more you need to know.

Rasa regards herself as a life long learner and is always delighted to discover new health service providers, new benefit designs or new Capital Accumulation programs. Having worked on the front lines of an ever-evolving industry for over three decades, Rasa understands the benefits business is always about change, it is not about “set it and forget it”. Using collaboration to harness this dynamism and diversity is what Rasa feels most passionate about. That and a fully stocked wine cellar, of course.

Rob takes great pride in working so closely with business owners and Human Resource professionals to design the perfect employer and employee plans.

With over 20 years of customer service experience both in the Community Services Sector including ten years as an owner of a retail store, Rob is a major proponent of the “client is #1 approach.” As a natural born problem solver, Rob thrives by using his unending appetite for knowledge to jump in with both feet and partner with clients to help them be successful.

Letting Rob be the benefits expert allows you to take that concern off your plate and lets you focus on running your business.

When he is not working, he can be found playing hockey or racing motocross bikes. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Pat, dog Moto and his two sons and their families.
